There were conflicting reports out of Regina Tuesday as to whether Saskatchewan Roughriders quarterback Kevin Glenn threw the football during a closed practice at Mosaic Stadium. Naturally, G-M and head coach Chris Jones didn't confirm that, only saying that the veteran felt better after missing Monday's practice. His hand injury will be re-assessed Wednesday.
However, Jones did confirm reports that linebacker Otha Foster has returned to the team and signed a contract after being released by Baltimore of the N-F-L. Jones wouldn't say whether Foster will play Friday in Hamilton.

ROUGHRIDERS SIGN LINEBACKER OTHA FOSTER
& KICK RETURNER MARCUS THIGPEN
The Saskatchewan Roughriders announced they have signed international linebacker Otha Foster.
Foster(6’0 – 205 lbs.) re-joins the Riders after spending last season with the Green and White where he picked up a team leading 71 defensive tackles while starting all 18 regular-season games.
The 29-year-old recently attended training camp with the Baltimore Ravens after signing with the club in January, 2017.
Additionally, the Riders announced they have signed international kick returner Marcus Thigpen to the practice roster.
Thigpen (5’9 – 195) is a veteran of 36 CFL regular-season games and 50 NFL regular-season games between 2010-15.
The dynamic returner made his CFL debut by taking the game’s opening kickoff 93-yards for a touchdown. He later added a 118-yard missed field goal return for his second touchdown.
