An alarm clock caused quite a scene at the Saskatoon Airport Sunday morning.
At 9:20 a.m. Sunday, security had detected an electronic item in a passenger's luggage during pre-board screening. They called Saskatoon Police, who sent their Explosive Disposal Unit and K-9 unit trained in the detection of explosives to the scene to determine what the suspicious item was. After a further investigation, police found the suspicious item was an alarm clock. They have since cleared the scene.
