One person was arrested daily, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday this week in connection to the death of Logan Ring and yesterday, RCMP have charged two more people. All 5 are from Swift Current.
49 year old Colin Perrault and 48 year old Todd Donaldson were both arrested yesterday and both, like the three others before them, charged with one count of second degree murder.
RCMP acknowledge the public interest in the case but say information about what happened will come out in due course and they must respect the court process. Staff Sergeant Murray Chamberlin also says, "I can't imagine how difficult the past eleven months have been for Logan Ring's loved ones; our thoughts are with them during what must have been a very difficult week."
Also charged in the case are 38 year old Jolene Denise Epp, 19 year old Tanisha Lynn Perrault, and 25 year old Rebecca Lynn Kuhlman.
21 year old Logan Ring was found dead last November in Saskatchewan Landing Provincial Park at the parking lot, of the park's Rings, Ruts and Remnants interpretive trail, just off Highway 4 on the south shore of Lake Diefenbaker.
