Crop duster crashes south east of Nipawin

A pilot is likely shaken up but not injured after his crop duster crashed near Aylsham, SK, 25km south east of Nipawin, early on Friday morning.

Before 8 a.m. the 66-year-old man from Carrot River was spraying a field in the RM of Connaught when the accident happened.

He said that when he was turning one of his wheels touched the ground. The plane then rotated and crashed.

Nipawin RCMP were out to accident site soon after. While the pilot is not injured ,the plane is considered a write-off.
