There are major problems on the set of ‘Bohemian Rhapsody,’ the Queen biopic!
Director Bryan Singer has been fired after going MIA for 10 days!
The star of the movie, Rami Malek (who plays Freddie Mercury), has reportedly called Singer “unreliable and unprofessional,” and Tom Hollander (who plays Queen manager Jim Beach) was so frustrated that he actually quit the movie for a moment!
Singer reportedly did not return to the set in London after the Thanksgiving break, which led production to shut down. His rep says he’s dealing with a “personal health matter.”
(This might be a blessing in disguise. Singer has been accused to sexual assault, and has a horrible reputation in the industry because of this. Maybe getting a new director is a good idea either way.)
